TESTIMONIALS
"Rashelle is an amazing coach!"
She kept the whole experience uplifting and focused on accomplishments rather than failures.
I have adapted my schedule to include better food choices and spending more time with my sister/best friend , which has been hugely important to me.
I learned that the biggest problem I was having, really, was letting myself focus on the negatives and forgetting to appreciate the positive things I was doing.

"It was a relief to discover I could just talk"
Life was heading into expected turmoil with buying a home and my husband switching jobs. I found the sessions with you valuable as you openly listened to me, making subtle suggestions as I processed and worked through some of the emotions and opinions I held about myself and my life
I enjoyed the experience overall. I was apprehensive at first, unsure of what to expect but somewhat anticipating you were going to try to "fix" me. It was a relief to discover I could just talk. I'm in a season in life where I don't have girlfriends who I can talk to regularly. I think these sessions really brought to light how much I need to "talk it out."
I saw tremendous value in the results of past experiences which I'd previously dismissed, thinking that the insights I had gained weren't worth the pain of the experience. I was wrong and have been able to attribute my current satisfaction with my life to the growth that was consequential of those painful experiences.

"This was a game changer !!"
Before nurse coaching with Rashelle, I felt like I was always fussing at my kids. I felt like I didn't have an ounce of patience with them. I felt so tired and overwhelmed being a full time nurse and mother. I was worried about my ability to control my emotions so as not to hurt my kids' feelings with my harsh words and shouting. They are only 3 and 7 years old.
My coach guided me through how I was feeling and throughout the process of coaching, I began to release some "mom guilt" by Journaling and also by executing smaller plans of action to better my relationship with my kids.
This was a game changer !! I am so happy with the changes I've made at home. I feel like my kids are happier as well.

“Peter's insightful inquiry helped me be honest with myself about what was keeping me from pursuing the things I wanted to achieve. He helped me develop strategies to overcome limiting habits I had been struggling with for years. My coaching sessions with Peter have had a lasting impact because all the insights were earned through a kind of honest work that leads to a unique empowerment that I can’t help but continue to pursue.”
" Rashelle gave me the tools I needed to unlock a new world "
Before having Rashelle as a nurse coach I was struggling with some anxiety that was holding me back from things I wanted for my future. I let anxiety trap me in a box because when I became overwhelmed with negative thoughts I let it shut me down. Rashelle gave me the tools I needed to unlock a new world of positivity and ambition that helped me move towards the goals I had always wanted for myself.
Somehow facing my fears head on and forcing myself to dissect exactly where my anxiety derived from showed me my fears were worse in my head then what in reality could actually happen. Facing these fears showed me that I was stronger than my fears, and picturing the end goal kept me driven and hungry for the future.
Part of the process was to set goals. Something about breaking down a huge hurtle into smaller more obtainable goals also made the journey seem so much more doable. I loved having someone to hold me accountable as a nurse coach and as a friend. Rashelle is a fantastic listener, and she lets her clients drive the boat but she's there to navigate you in the right direction.
